These goggles have a brown tint in the glass and come in their own small carrying case, probably around 1940s possibly earlier.
This is an 8mm film of England and Germany playing the 1966 World Cup Final. I believe it to be in colour although I have never ever watched it as I do not have the equipment to do so. It has been in a cupboard for the last 35 years.
